• Dogs/Puppies must be current on age-appropriate vaccinations and be in good health 
• Your dog should be equipped with a flat nylon or leather type collar, and/or a harness and 4-6 foot leash. We do not permit prong, choke, slip leads, electronic collars, or retractable leashes. 
• Train n Plays are limited to 10 dogs per day - there will be up to 5 dogs assigned per handler.  
• Please do not bring your dog if they are experiencing any vomiting, diarrhea, or feeling unwell. 

Training Disclaimer

While Wags n Wisdom Dog Training looks forward to assisting you with your training goals. every dog is different in their skills and training levels. It is entirely up to each individual owner on how much time and training you put into your dog and your relationship. Wags n Wisdom Dog Training cannot make any guarantee regarding the outcome of any training or counseling program. The owner assumes full responsibility for the dog's behavior during and after the training or counseling program 

Cancellation Policy  

•  Full Payment is due at enrollment to reserve your space. Unpaid registrations do not hold a space. 
• Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable with under 24 hours' notice of start of service. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable after the service or class has begun. No exceptions.
• Train n Play/PLAY packages MUST be scheduled within the expiry timeframe per each package
  • 5 Pack - 7 days
  • 10 Pack - 14 days
  • 20 Pack - 30 days

You can schedule as far out as you would like and have up to 48 hours before the appointment to reschedule

Cancellation of Services by WNWDT or Training Facility  

•  If the minimum enrollment for service is not met, you will be notified 24 hours prior to the start date by email, text, or telephone. Your start date may be canceled due to low enrollment. You will be offered the option to enroll on  if available, receive credit toward another service, or receive a full refund.  
• In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be notified via email, text, and phone at least 1 hour prior to your start time. It is a good idea to check your email, text, or voice mail prior to heading out during extreme weather conditions.
